Meet the RE/MAX First Choice Realty Agents
My work as a real estate agent began coincidentally but it has become one of the most important things in my life. I like to do it; I like to be involved in one of the most important decisions someone can make: to buy a real property.
I started my career in real estate by working for a large development company of tourist destinations in Mexico and Central America called Situr. This experience permitted me to be involved in the world of real estate sales, mostly to foreigners. I know the sales and legal process in Mexico very well. Although my native language is Spanish, I perform well in English and I always to do my best to have satisfied clients. I am a current member of A.M.P.I. the Association of Mexican Real Estate Professionals and am a licensed Real Estate Agent in Sonora, Mexico.
I was born in Guadalajara, Mexico. I am an adopted Sonoran for the last 30 years, a lover of this land and its people. My children and my husband are Sonorans by birth. I am a good friend, I like to do what I am and to be what I do.
As a frequent visitor to San Carlos over the past 20 years, my wife and I made the permanent move to this beautiful little place by the sea in 2005. With 40 years experience in real estate sales and management with major builders and developers in the US, the pace in San Carlos is a very refreshing change.
It is a pleasure to be associated with RE/MAX First Choice Realty and the quality projects and properties they represent. I am currently licensed in Sonora and Arizona.
Real estate has always been of interest to me. Over 30 yrs ago, in Vancouver Canada, I thought of pursuing a career as a real estate agent but then life got in the way. Kids, a home and job promotions kept me from taking that path. I worked most of my career in the pharmacy/drugstore industry, from sales, store manager and then into head office where I was the Operations Manager as well as Store Planner.
Fast forward many years and my husband and I decided we needed to get out of the rat race and the rain. After visiting San Carlos for the first time we made the decision to move here full-time and bought our new home while vacationing here.
We settled here and became part of the community immediately. I volunteered for Rescate Auxillary, the fund raising arm for our local ambulance service. Although I continue to do volunteer work for Rescate including the Thrift Store and as an actor in the annual Theatrical Event the focus has changed again. My plan was to retire and do volunteer work but after helping the REMAX office with open houses, I discovered I truly enjoyed working with people and helping them with their home choices so I decided to join the REMAX team as a real estate professional. I am a Sonora real estate licensee and a member of the National Association of Real Estate professionals in Mexico, AMPI.
Hi! I am Lupita López and I am originally from Nogales, Sonora, Mexico, a small city bordering the United States of America.
Today I live in San Carlos, Sonora, working as licensed real estate professional. I find it exceptionally rewarding. One of the things that makes it interesting is to get know many people of different nationalities, meet their needs, tastes and interests and be able to support them and be part of one of the most important decisions of their lives. My passion is to find the perfect home that meets their expectations and more.
Speaking a little more about my personal life, I am a graduate of the Technological Institute of Nogales, with a degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Industrial Management, focused on customer service, I live with beautiful pets, 2 French poodles, who love to go to the beach and a Russian blue kitten who loves to sleep.
Francisco Bonifacio Torres
San Carlos has always been a part of my life and close to my heart. Growing up in Navojoa Sonora, a city about two and a half hours south, my family always had a home in San Carlos where we spent many vacations together building lasting endless memories. About 11 years ago, my wife and I with our three kids, moved to San Carlos permanently. We absolutely love it, and throughout the years, have built strong ties with our community.
Many of you know me from our Bonifacio´s restaurants, others from our boutique hacienda hotel in the gateway to the Copper Canyons, Hotel Torres Del Fuerte. But our third business endeavor is what really got us involved with real estate, Muebles Y Mas is a furniture closeouts & liquidation business that has led us to “home staging” properties to reach their full potential value in order sell better and faster.
RE/MAX has encouraged and embraced me to become part of their sales associates. Applying our service oriented experience, “home staging” properties as a marketing edge, and our close ties to our community have proven to make a difference. It is of great privilege and conviction to be able to provide our services for clients who understand the benefits of a global brand looking after your best interest:
