Tom spent nearly 20 years in the offshore oil industry working internationally. He is fluent in Spanish and, with his renovation and construction experience, has developed good relationships with local contractors and construction personnel. In addition to taking care of the maintenance and renovation aspects of the business, he is also a member of AMPI and has completed the real estate course required by Sonora.

My work as a real estate consultant started by chance, but it has become one of the most important things in my life. I enjoy doing it; I love being involved in one of the most important decisions anyone can make: investing in real estate.

I started my career in real estate working for a large developer of tourist destinations in Mexico and Central America called Sidek-Situr. This experience allowed me to get involved in the real estate world, serving both nationals and foreigners. I know very well the legal procedures involved in real estate transactions in Mexico. Although my native language is Spanish, I am fluent in English and always do my best to satisfy my clients. I am a current member of A.M.P.I. the Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals, I have many hours of continuous training and I am licensed #63 as a real estate consultant in the State of Sonora, Mexico.

Originally from Guadalajara, Mexico. I have been a Sonoran by adoption for more than 45 years, I am in love with this land and its people. My children and my husband are Sonorans by birth. I am a good friend, I like being what I do and doing what I am.

I studied industrial system engineering at the University of Sonora, while working in the automotive area I decided to start my first company called VCP SERVICE, which is dedicated to plumbing and water treatment.

As the client portfolio grew and their own needs grew, I decided to expand my service in the construction of swimming pools and houses.

Originally from Chihuahua, I have been living in San Carlos for more than 10 years, dedicating myself to landscape photography and tourism promotion, which has allowed me to build a wide audience in social networks.
